Bonfire Night November 5, 2011

Fireworks, fire and steam.
Passengers at the LWR will be treated to a spectacular Bonfire and Firework Display.
The event starts with a giant Bonfire at 6.30pm followed by the firework display at 7 o clock. Trains will be running between Ludborough and North Thoresby all afternoon, starting at 1.45pm, and there will be a special train for people travelling from North Thoresby at 6pm returning after the firework display.
Last year's event was the first we had staged and it turned out to be a huge success with the number of people attending far exceeding our expectations. Entry to the display is £2 but we're giving FREE admission on production of their ticket for people who travel on the train that day.
The station buffet will be open until 4.45pm and then there will be hot food available in the marquee on the car park field.
