This is Part One of the foundation class for Chi Nei Tsang Practice. You will learn and basic CNT techniques to release and clear blockages, assist toxin removal within the abdominal organs, balance excessive heat and negative emotions, and effectively communicate these concepts to your client. This method of healing works with the five major systems of the body and the acupuncture/pressure meridians. Upon completion students will be able to perform a basic abdominal detox massage as well as identify patterns of tension in the navel and explore techniques to release these patterns.
Study of Taoist 5 element theory and its practical application in western practice
Learn and strengthen your communication skills with your client, guiding them through the process (in the clinical setting the practitioner becomes the instructor)
Learn to integrate Medical Chi Kung practice into your session to support the healing process
Specific touch techniques to elicit proper breath and client awareness
Plenty of hands on practice
Lung/Large Intestine and Stomach/Spleen
