Christmas at Mount Vernon November 27, 2009

The holiday season comes to life at George Washingon’s estate, which features candlelight evening tours on select nights, plus a gingerbread replica of Mount Vernon made by White House pastry chef Roland Mesnier, historic chocolate-making demonstrations and an appearance by Washington’s “Christmas Camel.”
