Mediterranean Soups and French Bread with Lou Pappas and Jack Graf

What could be cozier on a winter's evening than a bowl of hot soup and freshly baked bread? The evening will begin with the preparation of several different Mediterranean inspired soups, and while the soup is simmering Jack Graf will demonstrate and share his tips for making the perfect French baguette. Of course, as we sip wine, we will enjoy a tasty soup and freshly baked bread supper. Everyone who signs up in advance will go home with one of Jack's special baguettes. These recipes will be perfect for your Super Bowl Party! Bring an apron!
Jack Graf has been baking bread for over 20 years and brings back local flour from all his international travels. Lou Pappas, Palo Alto's own celebrity chef, is the author of more than 50 cookbooks, one of which is "Favorite Soup Recipes."
