Unit I - Pratical - Massage of the shoulders
Unit II - Practical - Massage of the upper arms, Review of Units I & II
Day 2
Discussion, Benefits & Contradictions
Unit III - Practical - Massage of the neck, Review of Units I, II & III
Unit IV - Practical - Massage of the head, Review of Units I - IV
Day 3
Introduction of Chakra energy
Unit V - Practical - Massage of the face, ears & energy balancing techniques
Stress Management, Anatomy and discussion of exam format
Final review of Units I - V
