Story synopsis:
Evil has come to the Butte County Institute of Special Education,
and its students will never be the same. After surviving a ferocious
battle with his own monstrous creation, Dr. Stern returns to
continue his horrible research in this blood-drenched sequel to the
cult hit "Monsturd." Armed with a fatal hyper-intelligence serum,
the mad doctor transforms a quiet community into an army of flesh-
eating zombies. It's a showdown of limb-chopping, head-bursting
proportions as Stern's nemesis, F.B.I. agent Susan Hannigan, and the
local sheriff's department take on the zombie plague in the ultimate
battle royale.

It's a shame that this movie isn't packing the Victoria...it's a blast! Don't let the name steer you clear of this, it has almost nothing to do with special education exploitation.

The characters are bumbling, flesh-eating, weenie-wagging, gun-shooting maniacs! You will get your money's worth, and want to watch it again on the DVD that's available in the lobby.

Dan Burr as the evil Dr. Stern does an excellent job as the villain-turned-good-guy-turned-villain.

Dan West and Rick Popko, (the films creators), do an amazing, funny job of the two witless deputies!

Paul Weiner as the sheriff is in charge of the town and goes crazy as well tracking the Weenie Wagger!

Beth West as the FBI Agent Susan Hannigan gives a stern, yet heroic performance.

And don't forget the hundreds of zombies and gallons of blood and guts.

So if you missed the premiere...you can always buy the DVD and watch it over and over again. Best 10 bucks I've spent on a low-budget movie ever!
