Surviving Cancer: A Workshop and Group for Women September 9, 2012

Support groups for emotional and spiritual healing after cancer treatment, for those currently "in remission." Join any or all of the options below.

In intimate circles, Katrina will lead women through a journey of integration and healing after cancer treatment. There will be time to explore: telling the story; losses; traumas; grief; lessons; new identity; gifts; discoveries; close encounters with death; living life to the fullest in this moment.
We will explore, articulate, grieve, celebrate, deepen and transform, in our work together.
In addition to talking, we will use expressive arts (collage work, color play, creative writing...) and spiritual practices such as meditation, prayer, visualization, or ritual.

September 9th Workshop 2:00 to 6:00 on Sunday Afternoon
Share your story (past and present), deepen your understanding of your experience, and reconnect to yourself in the present. Nurture yourself and connect to other women who have traveled the path of cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Cost: sliding fee from $40 to $80

Wednesday Night Group 6:30 to 8:30 for eight weeks starting September 19.
A facilitated support group providing time to deepen the healing process, using all the approaches described above.
Cost: sliding fee from $200 to $300 for 8 weeks
